We have been appointed to offer Total Quarry Services 400TPH Heap Leach Agglomeration, Conveying and Stacking System to the market as a complete package for immediate delivery.
The plant was designed and fabricated by Total Quarry Services, in Young NSW, at a total cost of AU$3.7million. All major equipment components (i.e. Agglomerator, Conveyors, Grasshopper Conveyors, and Radial Stacker), ancillary equipment and support structures were fabricated new.
The plant is a complete conveying and stacking system, from crusher to heap, comprising a 100 tonne Surge Bin, 2.4m Ø x 7.5m long Agglomerator, (17) 750mm wide x 30m long Mobile Grass Hopper Conveyors, Crawler Mounted Radial Stacking Conveyor, Interconnecting Conveyors, Generator, Electrics and Control, structural steel support frames, stair ways and platforms. There are also some mobile and sundry plant items included with the package.
The scope of equipment available provides potential buyers with a parcel of major long lead equipment for development of a heap leach operation on a timely, cost effective basis. |
